1. Is there a charge to apply to join as a ReVisible Principal?
There is no charge to apply or become a ReVisible Principal.
2. How do I know if I am accepted?
You will receive a note back from ReVisible with the status of your application within 72 hours of your application.
3. If I have a project may I suggest it without becoming a Principal?
Projects may be raised only by Principals. If you are not a Principal and you feel that you have a compelling project, please let us know via a comment and we may ask an interested Principal to sponsor the Project.
4. How many Principals does each Project include?
Typically a project will include 4-6 Principals in a Cohort, although the number of participants may vary based upon the complexity of the problem and the interest level of the Principals in participating.
5. How long is the typical project?
Projects typically range from 9 - 18 months in overall duration.
6. How many hours per week should I expect to spend on a project?
You should expect to dedicate 4 - 5 hours per week for a project.
7. How long is my membership good for?
Once you become a Principal, you have up to 2 years to apply to join a Cohort for a Project. Should you not select a Project in that time, you will become "inactive." You may apply to reactivate your membership at any time.
8. Are projects done in person or virtually?
Almost all work on Projects will be performed virtually. If by its nature, a Project requires an in-person component, how that will be handled will be determined by the Cohort on the Project.
9. Do I get paid for my work as a Principal?
No, your work as a Principal in a Cohort is unpaid.
