ReVisible is ...
The word 'revisible' doesn't exist in the dictionary. That's the point. It describes something worth returning to, a problem open enough to evolve, important enough to stay with. It describes the kind of person who, after decades of doing one thing very well, chooses to turn their attention to something that genuinely matters rather than something that simply fills the time. That is what ReVisible is about.

revisible /ri-ˈvi-zə-bəl/
(adj.)
- Able to be seen again in a new light; newly made visible after being overlooked.
- Describing a person who reclaims purpose, relevance, and impact in a later chapter of life.

THE MODEL
Principals sponsor and rank key issues, ensuring our community focuses on truly vital problems. High-priority topics become projects where Principals choose their focus and form dedicated cohorts. This streamlined voting process surfaces real priorities over loud opinions, launching collaborative action around the most impactful challenges.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for the most decorated résumé. We are looking for people who have spent a life accumulating a particular kind of wisdom, and who are ready to put it toward something different that outlasts their career.
The most effective cohorts bring together people who see the world differently. A retired physician, a former civil rights attorney, a musician and a lifelong educator working on the same problem together in ways none of them could alone. That is the design.
OUR CORE PHILOSOPHY
ON MEMBERSHIP
Membership is vetted, not exclusionary. As ReVisible grows, a Principals committee takes on that responsibility. What we look for does not change: intellectual seriousness, genuine diversity and the willingness to show up for work that is harder and slower and more rewarding than anything on a résumé.
ON COHORT DESIGN
Each cohort forms organically around a winning issue. Target size is approximately 8 members, deliberately chosen for demographic, cognitive and temperamental diversity. One project at a time per cohort. Duration: 9–18 months. Long enough to matter, bounded enough to finish.
ON FLUIDITY
You are not required to participate in every cohort. You are not penalized for stepping back. If two years pass without joining a project, your status moves to inactive — not expelled, just resting. Come back when something calls to you.
